Club info
Our club is for players of all skill levels 18 years and over.
We do not run a Junior Club – please check the Badminton Canterbury website for further information about Junior Clubs in Christchurch.
Our games are generated by our very own custom software, and we aim to provide balanced games with a mixture of players, and an enjoyable time for everybody.
Shuttlecocks are provided, and we have spare racquets you may borrow, so you only need to bring yourself and a suitable pair of shoes.
If you are a beginner then Thursday club nights would be more suitable for you.
If you’re never played before or you’re not familiar with the rules (or maybe it’s been a while and you’re just a bit rusty!), just let us know and we will do our best to pair you with someone who can show you the basics.
We don’t provide coaching as such, but badminton is a pretty easy game to learn so it’s suitable for just about anyone!
